Malarkey Roofing Products have a pretty long history as they have been in the business of manufacturing roofing materials for both residential properties and commercial apps since 1956 showing that they are a long established and trusted company. They do offer a variety of warranties and these will depend on the specific shingles that they are associated with. Limited warranties of 20 to 40 years are offered which covers any defects produced through manufacturing during the warranty period. This warranty covers customers for the repair or replacement of the shingles, but this does exclude any labour costs involved. Malarkey also offer extended algae treatment for their roofing shingles.
The warranties offered for algae resistance varies dependant on the products but in the main the warranty covers against damage for a period of 5 to 15 years. These warranties can also be transferred to new owners during a specific time period. When you have a warranty claim, prepare for the worst customer service ever. They will stone wall you until hell freezes over. I have been fighting them for over 8 months. I would never buy their products again.
