Pabco Roofing Shingles

There are many products to choose from and one of those is Pabco roofing shingles. PABCO Roofing specializes as a quality supplier of asphalt shingles. They specifically focus their distribution to the western United States and they are an ideal choice for roofing contractors who are focused on the new build and the residential re-roofing sector in this area.

The company offers a good selection of styles and colors which should offer ample choice for most contactors needs. So what about PABCO? How did the company get started with distributing quality Pabco roofing shingles.

Back in 1984 a company called Pacific Coast Building Products decided to purchase the West Coast manufacturing property owned by CertainTeed. With this acquisition they set-up what we now know as PABCO Roofing. So lets talk about some of the benefits that the company itself promises to deliver to its customers.

They promise quality in both the appearance and durability of their asphalt shingles. The specialist designs that they offer in their Premier lines promises to ensure random placement which will add more depth and texture therefore enhancing the curb appeal. All of the shingles offered are of the highest rating possible which is UL Class ‘A’ fire rated. This is the best rating possible.

They have a pretty interesting product line for us to look at which offers a good selection for us to choose from. It is a nice selection of different products with an ample choice of colors which should provide enough options for roofing contractors and homeowners alike no matter what their particular tastes or how large or small their budgets are. The products that they offer are;

Obviously, each of these products come in varying different colors, specifications and of course prices. Ultimately if you live in the western part of the United States then they should be worth considering.

Back in 2006 the company did experience some extremely difficult problems. This was when they announced that a Class Action Lawsuit was filed against them. The lawsuit itself was claiming that PABCO HO-25 and HZ-25 Roof Shingles were in fact defective.

The company strongly denied any wrong doing on their part and robustly disputed the claim against them. This was back in 2006 and with no further problems that I can find since then Pabco roofing shingles look like a quality product worthy of consideration.
